How Korean sizing works

Korean shoe listings commonly show the length in millimeters. A 245 label means 245 mm. International conversions are not perfectly universal, so this tool follows published Nike Korea crosswalks and clearly labels the result as an estimate.

02

Measure before you buy

Stand on paper in the socks you plan to wear, mark heel and longest toe, and measure both feet. Use the longer foot. The number printed by a brand may not equal your exact foot length, so always check that product’s own chart.

What this version does not guess

Women’s and men’s clothing and bra sizes vary too much by brand and construction for one safe international answer. We reviewed Korean apparel standards but do not present an invented universal conversion.

Quick questions

Is Korean shoe size the same as Japan?

Both often use foot-length based labels, but Korea usually prints millimeters while Japan commonly prints centimeters. Brand charts can still differ.

What if I am between sizes?

Check the exact brand chart and fit notes. Width, last shape and shoe type can change the best choice.

Can I use this for every brand?

No. Treat it as a shopping starting point based on the cited brand chart, not a guarantee.
